LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The personal data of users of
this site is processed by the CIMEA
Association for the proper management of
the site and in execution of any contractual and pre-contractual obligations,
as well as in fulfillment of obligations arising from the law, regulations,
community legislation and international treaties signed to promote academic
mobility in all its forms, facilitate understanding of the elements of the
Italian and foreign systems of higher education and training and promote the
principles of the Lisbon Convention on the recognition of qualifications.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSE AND THE REASONS FOR PROCESSING
The computer systems and
software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal
operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of
Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes
IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, recorded
addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the requested
resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to
the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating
the status of the response given by the server (complete, error, etc.) and
other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer

Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and
voluntary sending of messages to the CIMEA Association's contact addresses to
receive information, as well as the compilation and submission of registration
forms on the site, result in the collection of the sender's contact data,
necessary to reply and provide information, as well as that of all personal
