ASSETs+: Alliance For Strategic Skills Addressing Emerging Technologies In Defence

Reinforcing the human resource supply chain in the defence-related sector by developing a comprehensive strategy which operates at different levels to create, develop an upskill defence-wise students focusing on digital technologies (namely: robotics, autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, C4ISTAR and cybersecurity).

METIS - MicroElectronics Training, Industry and Skills

Develop the strategy for sectoral skills of microelectronics to help meet the demand and supply of skills thanks to a methodology for evaluating, anticipating and monitoring the evolution of the relevant skills and professions in microelectronics. Define and perfect professional profiles based on existing competence frameworks and the ESCO classification system of competences, qualifications and professions. METIS will also address the gender dimension of employability in the sector, bridging the gender gap. Ensure a lasting impact and support the results of the project beyond EU co-financing, through the establishment of the Microelectronic Observatory and the Council of Competences. CIMEA is a partner of the project and participates in the development of individual activities and final results.
