CIMEA, in collaborazione con APICE – l’Associazione professionale italiana dei Credential Evaluator e l’Università Europea di Roma, presenta con entusiasmo la V edizione del Corso di Perfezionamento e Aggiornamento Professionale dedicato alla figura del Credential Evaluator. Un percorso unico in Italia, progettato per accompagnare i professionisti della formazione superiore nel consolidamento e nello sviluppo delle proprie competenze in un settore in profonda evoluzione.
Il corso è rivolto al personale delle Università, delle istituzioni AFAM e a tutti coloro che si occupano, a livello internazionale, nazionale o regionale, di valutazione di titoli, qualifiche e percorsi formativi.
Perché questa nuova edizione?
Rimettere l’umano al centro della trasformazione digitale.
Oggi la formazione superiore e la professione del Credential Evaluator attraversano una fase cruciale: l’emergere di nuove disruptive technologies e i processi di trasformazione digitale stanno ridisegnando sistemi, flussi e responsabilità. L’avanzamento dell’intelligenza artificiale ci chiama ad essere promotori e protagonisti di una riflessione sull’evoluzione della nostra professione e sul ruolo che il Credential Evaluator dovrà ricoprire nel governare ed orientare policy e processi.
In questo scenario, a livello europeo e internazionale si riafferma un principio fondamentale: l’AI deve essere integrata in modo responsabile, garantendo human oversight e human-in-the-loop, come richiamato dallo EU AI Act, che classifica il riconoscimento delle qualifiche come attività ad alto rischio e richiede esplicitamente supervisione umana in ogni fase.
Per CIMEA e APICE, mettere al centro l’umano significa anzitutto porre al centro delle procedure di riconoscimento, oltre al titolare della qualifica estera, anche il Credential Evaluator le cui competenze, expertise, giudizio professionale e capacità critica sono a funzione della tutela e della effettiva promozione del diritto a un equo riconoscimento introdotto dalla Convenzione di Lisbona.
Da questa convinzione prende avvio la nuova edizione del Corso di Perfezionamento: un percorso che pone il Credential Evaluator come protagonista assoluto, sostenendone l’up-skilling e il re-skilling in un contesto che richiede aggiornamento continuo, padronanza dei modelli educativi globali e capacità di affrontare con consapevolezza le sfide del digitale.
Obiettivi Formativi e Profilo Professionale
La V edizione del corso mira a offrire una competenza certificata nell’area della Credential Evaluation.
Gli studenti acquisiranno competenze avanzate nella:
- gestione delle procedure di riconoscimento in contesti complessi;
- valutazione di qualifiche e percorsi formativi eterogenei;
- interpretazione dei diversi sistemi di istruzione e delle principali riforme internazionali;
- identificazione, gestione e risoluzione delle criticità legate alla valutazione di titoli;
- comprensione delle implicazioni operative, etiche e normative dell’introduzione delle nuove tecnologie, con particolare riferimento all’intelligenza artificiale.
La figura del Credential Evaluator è sempre più richiesta in università, enti pubblici e agenzie private che operano nel campo dell’istruzione e della mobilità internazionale: competenze solide, aggiornamento continuo e conoscenze certificate sono ormai elementi imprescindibili per affrontare con efficacia le sfide globali del settore.
Un percorso formativo per una comunità professionale in crescita
Anche quest’anno si conferma la partecipazione attiva di APICE, la prima Associazione Nazionale Italiana dei Credential Evaluator, a testimonianza della centralità della formazione continua e dell’importanza di una comunità professionale in costante dialogo.
La nuova edizione del Corso di Perfezionamento vuole essere non solo un’opportunità di apprendimento avanzato, ma soprattutto uno spazio di confronto, crescita e sviluppo di una professione che, oggi più che mai, necessita di solide competenze, spirito critico e capacità di operare nel segno della responsabilità e dell’equità.
Organizzazione del corso
- Numero massimo partecipanti: 50
- Periodo: dal 22 gennaio 2026 al 24 aprile 2026
- Modalità: blended, con lezioni online e in presenza
- Lingue di lavoro: italiano e inglese
- Durata: 64 ore di lezione, per un totale di 9 CFU
- Carico complessivo: almeno 225 ore tra lezioni, workshop, studio individuale, seminari, tirocinio curriculare e tesina finale
- Attestato di Corso di Perfezionamento per Credential Evaluator
- Micro-Credential “Professional Certificate on Credential Evaluation”, certificata da CIMEA e APICE

La frequenza è obbligatoria, con un minimo del 70% delle ore previste.

Le iscrizioni sono aperte fino al 21 gennaio 2026. Per procedere, è necessario perfezionare l’immatricolazione attraverso il portale ESSE3 dell’Università Europea di Roma.

CIMEA, in collaboration with APICE - Italian Professional Association of Credential Evaluators and the Università Europea di Roma, is organising the 2025 edition of the Professional Profile of Credential Evaluator training course.
The course aims to provide advanced professional skills in the field of educational credential evaluation, to improve knowledge about different models of education.
During the course, a specific in-depth discussion on current issues will be offered, such as international cooperation and artificial intelligence that will help to transform and improve day-to-day operational processes. It is an opportunity to learn about the tools and strategies that will revolutionise the work of the Credential Evaluator in an increasingly global and interconnected context.

The course is limited to a maximum of 50 participants.
The lessons will take place in hybrid mode (both face-to-face and online) from January 2025 to April 2025, with lessons taught in both English and Italian, awarding a total of 9 CFU credits.
Qualification awarded: The course participants will receive a Certificate of Specialisation Course for Credential Evaluator (9 CFU credits) awarded by the Università Europea di Roma and the micro-credential certified by CIMEA and APICE in the higher education sector, i.e. the Professional Certificate on Credential Evaluation.
Registrations will be accepted until January 21st, 2025.

During the course, participants will have the opportunity to dialogue with colleagues from international institutions (the Council of Europe, the European Commission, UNESCO) and other foreign institutions operating in the higher education sector, such as the ENIC-NARIC network, TAICEP, EUA, ENQA, EQAR, ESU and IAU.
