CIMEA, in cooperation with APICE – Italian Professional Association of Credential Evaluator, is organising a seminar addressed to Italian higher education institutions on innovations and recent developments on recognition. The two-day event will be hosted by Università Europea di Roma.

Programme

The morning sessions aim to provide guidelines and useful tools to tackle with fraud in academic recognition and verify the authenticity of qualifications. Colleagues from the Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. (ECE) will share best practices and their experience in the field, with a unique insight on the topic.

The afternoon sessions will be focused on training and updates in the field of academic recognition in Italy, with a focus on PhD and Foundation courses.

Practical information:

• The two day seminar will be held in face-to-face mode and hosted by Università Europea di Roma
• The presentation and sessions will be delivered in both English and Italian The two-day seminar is part of the activities of the training course of the professional profile of the Credential Evaluator. The registration is free of charge for those who will attend the second edition of the training course.
• The two-day seminar is part of the activities of the training course of the professional profile of the Credential Evaluator. The registration is free of charge for those who attend the training course for the current academic year.
• For those who do not attend the course, a registration fee of 500€, including presentations, meals and certificate of attendance, is required.
• For APICE's member, the registration fee is of 350€

Please note that the annual membership fee for Junior and Senior Credential Evaluators is € 150, while the cost for members in training is € 100.
